The Imaginada festival proposes you to enjoy a variety of sensations for three days with the acts and shows programmed for the whole public. Imagination transforms the urban environment with the mission of generating a critical and creative space around the diffusion of artists and local association movements, to promote social inclusion, reflection and individual growth. You can not miss this!

On August 12, Port Tarraco will celebrate the total solar eclipse with music, culture, and family activities. The event kicks off at 5:00 PM with the World Youth Day Zone, offering virtual reality experiences related to the eclipse. At 5:30 PM, the famous Sant Magí *Sindriada* (watermelon feast) will take place, followed by performances from Quartet Mèlt and the human towers city groups at 8:00 PM. Next, the show Origen will be presented prior to the eclipse peak at 8:29 PM. The celebration will continue with ProleBand and DJ sets by José JL Deejay and Wilko. Restaurants will remain open throughout the day.

You will be able to enjoy a tradition with a long history and popularity in Catalonia, such as “Els balls de gegants” where giant figures dance together with the people around them to the sound of popular music.  A traditional show in the area that you cannot miss!
